MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
PlayNation Play Systems, Inc. ("PlayNation") warrants its Enchanted,
Dreamer, and Majestic series of play sets to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for
structural wood components for the entire lifetime that the original
retail purchaser owns the playset and for two years for all other
components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, ropes, rope ladders, etc.).
PlayNation warrants its Super Scoop Slides and Super Tube Spiral Slides
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use
and conditions, for the entire lifetime that the original retail
purchaser owns the Super Scoop Slide and/or Super Tube Spiral Slide.
PlayNation warrants its PlayNation Mystic series of play sets to be free
from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and
conditions, for a period of 10 years for structural wood components and
for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps,
ropes, rope ladders, etc.).
Cosmetic imperfections, or natural imperfections of wood such as
warping, seasonal checks (cracks), peeling, knots, knot holes, or any
other physical properties of wood that do not affect the structural
integrity of the product, are not covered under this warranty. Remember
that seasonal checks are a natural characteristic of virtually all
lumber. The appearance of seasonal checks generally does not result in
product failure.
Please note that the following are not considered defects in material as
long as they do not affect the functionality of the part or component:
1) Fading or discoloration of any part or accessory.
2) Cracks in plastic components.
3) Surface rust on hardware, and chips on powder coated materials.
Imperfections or defects in workmanship or materials that develop
because of a failure to maintain the play set are not covered by this
warranty. A failure to maintain the play set includes, but is not
limited to, not staining the wood components, contact with standing
water, and allowing lawn sprinklers to contact the play set.
Additionally, frequent inspection of the hardware is the play set owners
responsibility. It is particularly important to check & tighten
bolts at the beginning of each season and tighten as needed.
Imperfections that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation of the product are also not covered by this warranty.
PlayNation, at its discretion, will repair or replace any part which we
deem defective in workmanship and/or materials within the stated
warranty period. PlayNation reserves the right to review the product or
component in question through physical inspection and/or photographs.
Any product returned to our factory must be shipped freight prepaid,
include proof of purchase, and Return Authorization #.

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for
which it was designed, and installed at a residential, single-family
dwelling. This warranty is void if the product is used in a commercial
or institutional setting. This warranty does not cover (a) products
which have been damaged by acts of God, negligence, vandalism, misuse,
accident, wood boring bees, or which have been modified or repaired by
unauthorized persons; (b) the cost of labor; or (c) the cost of shipping
the product, any part, or any replacement product or part.
PLAYNATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
PLAYNATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. This warranty is non-transferrable and does not extend to the
owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Some states
do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not be
applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
